Your privacy is important to us. All efforts are being made to ensure that we are GDPR compliant.

Please read and review this Privacy Policy, as your use of this website constitutes acceptance of the terms, and you acknowledge you have read them.

You also understand that we may update these terms from time to time, and will not provide notice of the updates. Therefore, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to read any updated version(s) and that you agree to be bound by the most updated versions of this Policy.

Be advised that the Website also includes links to other websites and provides access to products and services offered by third parties, whose privacy policies we do not control. When you access another website, use of any information you provide is governed by the privacy policy of the operator of the site you are visiting.

Collection and Use of Personal Information

It is the intent of this Website to use personal information only for the purpose for which it was requested and any additional uses specifically provided on this site. The Company is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and visitors. Personal information received by the Company is not shared or sold.

In order to gain access to portions of our website, or access to our products, we may request personal information from you including but not limited to, your name, email address, mailing address, billing information, and/or any other personally identifying information.

This may also include any comments, images, or videos you make or share on our blogs, social media pages, or any other online forum currently available, or made available in the future.

You understand that your decision to provide any information to us is voluntary, and you are doing so of your own free will, in order to gain access to a portion of our website or a product we are offering. By providing this information to us, you understand and agree that we may use and store such information in order to send emails, bill credit cards in exchange for programs or products purchased, or utilize comments for marketing purposes.

You understand that by “opting in” to our email list, that you are informing us that you want to receive periodic email updates, newsletters, free offerings and promotional material from us.

Your information is stored at the list server that delivers this Website’s newsletters. Your information can only be accessed by those who help manage those lists in order to deliver e-mail to those who would like to receive this Website’s newsletters. The email company that we use is AWeber. You can see their privacy policy here:

You also understand that this is a voluntary service provided to you at your request and that you are able to opt out by clicking the “unsubscribe” button, viewable at the bottom of each email sent to you from the Website. You can also view and update your subscription preferences there as well.

You also understand that should you enter an invalid email address, we have the right to immediately remove you from our list, and all further access to information.

Contact Forms

This website contains a contact form in order to contact us. We keep contact form submissions for customer service purposes for a period of 1 year, but we do not use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes.

Information Sharing

We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.

The Use of Cookies

We also use a standard feature found in browser software called a “cookie” to enhance your experience with the Website. Cookies are small files that your web browser places on your hard drive for record-keeping purposes. By showing us how and when visitors use the Website, cookies help us to deliver advertisements, identify how many users visit us and track various user trends and patterns, as well as demographics. They also prevent you from having to re-enter your preferences on certain areas of the Website where you may have entered preference information before. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection serviceWhen visitors leave comments on the Site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravitar service privacy policy is available here: After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Embedded Content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracing your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Facebook Like & Facebook Share official buttons

We embed a Facebook widget to allow you to see the number of likes/shares and to “like/share” our web pages. This widget may collect your IP address, your web browser User Agent, store and retrieve cookies on your browser, embed additional tracking, and monitor your interaction with the widget, including correlating your Facebook account with whatever action you take within the widget (such as “liking/sharing” our webpage), if you are logged in to Facebook.

For more information about how this data may be used, please see Facebook’s data privacy policy:

Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network. Data is kept for a period of 14 months.

You can opt-out of having made your activity on the Service available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity.
